X-UFO COUNTERFEIT WARNING.

  I bought an X-UFO counterfeit as they led me to believe it was the same as the Silverlit. WRONG! It was very difficult to hover as it kept drifting off and even the fine tuning would not completely stablize it. It would drift off or even flip over. I could hear the gyro changing speed and did nothing to stablize the craft. Then on the very next day a few attempted flights later the motor control IC shorted out and one motor went to full throttle and stays there. I traced the circuit and proved the motor control IC shorted out and applys full voltage to one motor permanantly. Now it is useless. The seller refused to refund my money and said to retun it to the manufacturer in China. Yeah right! Ebay refused to help me to. I complained it was defective and they said to return it to the manufacturer. Like I'm going to pay shipping to China and wait 2-3 months for nothing to happen. The seller couldn't even tell me the address of the manufacturer. Now I am even paranoid to buy a real Silverlit as it may be the same as the clone. Silverlit apparently sold the rights to allow companies to clone it but with poor quality and incapable of flying properly as the real silverlit is supposedly to do.

   This also really make me ferociously mad at Ebay as they refused to make the seller refund my money on a defective item. Ebay said I should return the bad item to the manufacturer. Actually as with all sellers, the seller should return the bad xufo to the company he got it from not me plus refund me my money. Not to forget the shipping expense I would have to front out of my own pocket.

   Ready for this! I have been burned on ebay about as many times as I have gotten good items. Now I am so paranoid I have all but given up on Ebay. I now mostly buy new retail  items new off the shelf at full price in a REAL store. At least I can get a new item or a refund. Also I don't have to wait for weeks  plus pay for return shipping which nullifies any savings I might have gotten.

   Sorry Ebay but you have let me and others down by allowing inferior and inoperative items to be sold on Ebay without backing us up! Something you led us all to believe you would back us up, but dropped us like a hot rock. Unbelievable! Ebay gets an F grade as well as unscruplous sellers ripping us off.
