once you win a auction it is propper to pay for it as soon as possible then just wait for a week and a half to give the mail propper time to get it to you,, after that time send a email asking when they shipped it,, once you get it inspect it and even if you are happy dont leave feedback till the winner does,, since you paid and they shipped it is propper eddicate for the seller to leave feedback first,, why?? because if you dont like it and you want to leave a negitive it gives the seller to also leave a negitive on your feedback even if it only took 4 seconds to pay so dont give the seller any power over you,, after a week email the seller saying yes you liked it and will leave feedback after he-she does also,,then the transaction is done,,I have been burned like this,,I didnt get the product and after two months left a negitive and got one and I lost out on money,,ebay nor paypal couldnt help and we had to do a mutual withdrawl just to get rid of my negitive so most sellers know this loop in the system so dont play there game..
