allways wait untill the buyer has recived items and has left feedback this is the signal that the transaction is compleate and no further action is needed by the seller
it always seems like its a battle when the transaction is complette alway think of the good things about the transactiion not that us mail may have taken 31 days to go 100 miles. when the seller shiped the next day (that was fast shipping) The seller cannot be responable for lost mail or late mail (slow boat to china mail ).
If the item is lost or damaged in the mail don't blam the seller in most cases the seller will refund the money and file a insurance clam if insured if seller refunds the money leave pos comment if tracking info was provided

If the buyer has purchased more than one item
(1) I usaly leave the first feedback on the fast payment or payment recived.
(2) Reserve the last items for final comments , signal that items were recived.
THIS MAY SEEM LIKE THE SELLER IS HOLDING FEEDBACK OVER ON THE BUYER YES IT IS BUT A SELLER NEEDS TO HAVE THE SAIL COMMPLEAT BEFOR MAKING FINAL COMMENTS AS THE BUYER NEEDS TO HAVE THE ITEMS AND HAPPY WITH THEM BEFOR MAKING THE COMMENTS IF NOT HAPPY WITH ITEM ALWAYS CONTACK THE SELLER AND LET THE SELLER TRY TO GET THINGS RIGHT OR WAIT THE EXTRA TIME FOR THE SNAIL MAIL TO ARIVE
IF A ITEM IS NOT RECIVED OR DAMAGED CONTACK THE SELLER AND REQUEST TRACKING /INSURANCE INFO THEN FILE A EBAY OR PAYPAL CLAM THAT DOSE NOT GO ONE THE PERMANATE RECORD OF THE SELLER LIKE FEEDBACK.
