Be careful with using web site templates sold as royality free. I won an auction for $9.95 and wound up costing an extra $1,000.00 fee for using a copyright image that another owned. Turns out the package of 1200 templates I purchased I bought had images that were owned by a company named Getty Images. I received a C&D letter along with a demand payment of $1,000.00 for copyright infringement.  I had no idea who these people were and their legal department was less than sympathic.

I was able to get the seller I.D. and tried to contact them but no reply. 

If you win an auction for web site templates and plan on using any of the images it would be a very good idea to research the images on a web site named Getty Images and make sure that there is no copyright.

It will cost you at least an extra $1,000.00 if not careful.
