Here is my unjust experience with paypal.  I was selling cell phones on ebay.  I made a mistake when listing the cell phones and had two many listings for the amount of phones for sale.  When auction ended I realized the mistake by receiving to many payments from customers.  I notified ebay immediately and refunded everyone money along with a email explaining what had happened.  The people that did win the phones were shipped the next day.  Paypal froze my account from sending money or taking money out of my account because of suspicious activity.  I did understand this at first.  I sent paypal copy of all tracking information and copies of all cellphone serial numbers to prove I did have these phones and was shipping them.  After sending this info they said this wasnt good enough.  They wanted to know where I purchased my phones from and I needed to show proof of this.  They also wanted proof of me being a legitiment business.  First of all where on ebay does it show that we must provide proof wher I get my merchandise.  So I sent them the info anyways.  I provided Articles of incorporation from my business along with many receipts showing I do buy cell phones from many vendors.  Keep in mind I have a perfect 100%  score on ebay.  After all this they still say its not enough .  I have now received feedback from two of the eight customers who said the phones were perfect and they say this still isnt enough.   I'm very frustrated and dont think I'll every sell on ebay as long as we are pushed to only paypal for sending money
