I purchased a "bobber" custom rolling chassis from this guy, and while i will admit that the parts and packaging were done pretty well (not correct, but pretty close), Part of the deal for the frame was the MSO.. (manufacturers statement of origin).  I have been put off by him telling me that he had to "order" it from the source of the frame, which i suppose is understandable... then, as soon as the ebay dispute console was unavailable (enough time had passed from initial sale, Original sale, August 07, as of January 08, No MSO...) he started ignoring me...  Now, I admit, I had a pretty good Idea that I was dealing with a flaky sort, but the deal was pretty good, so it was worth the risk.... It's obvious that this seller doesn't leave feedback of any sort untill you leave a shining one for him first (i spent 1700.00 bucks, paid immediately) so that if you are in the least unsatisfied with his parts and supplies that he can use feedback as a punitive measure... (check his feedback and see if you can tell me otherwize....)  This, in and of itself, isn't uncommon on ebay.... HOWEVER, HE IS DIFFICULT OR IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AHOLD OF IN THE EVENT OF ANY SORT OF PROBLEM... I TRIED MULTIPULE E-MAILS, LEFT MESSAGES ON HIS VOICEMAIL (when it wasn't full)... AFTER MANY ATTEMPTS, HE FINALLY MADE ONE CONTACT TO TELL ME TO WAIT... Fine, I run a small business myself, I understand paperwork problems.... SEVERAL MONTHS AND MORE THAN A FEW IGNORED E'MAILS LATER, I HAVE A 1700 DOLLAR PAPERWEIGHT BECAUSE HE WAITED UNTILL I HAD LITTLE OR NO RECOURSE TO BLOW ME OFF ON THE MANUFACTURERS STATEMENT OF ORIGIN FOR THE FRAME I BOUGHT....  PLEASE, REMEMBER WHEN SPENDING MORE THAN A BUCK OR TWO, THAT THEIR FEEDBACK IS ALMOST WORTHLESS WHEN YOU ARE DEALING WITH SOMEONE THAT USES FEEDBACK PUNITIVELY AND IS WILLING TO USE ANY EXCUSE TO DELAY YOU FROM FILING A DISPUTE FOR DUE MERCHANDISE UNTILL EBAYS STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS TAKES EFFECT

I spent a bit of time, and did some searching and managed to get ahold of some of the people in the chain of sale in this deal... I'm not saying that they had BAD things to say about this particular seller, but some of the middle "men" in this weren't suprized to hear I was having problems... So, If any of you others are dealing with this very same problem, I have the contact information available to chase down your MSO... The people are EXTREMELY HELPFUL and are real easy to deal with...
