The best way to lose weight is to burn calories more than what
you consume, all these diets are fads like atkins and shouth
beach. What you need is to eat less calories than usual with
plenty of excercise. First, do a test with a professional on how much
calories you burn a day for doing nothing and eat less
accordingly. Furthermore, add an excercise routine that will help
you even burn more. The more you burn the more you lose.
