As the popularity of sneakers grow and Ebay being the premiere outlet for the discriminating taste a lot of fakes are out there.
There really is no sure fire way of spottiing a knockoff, one just needs to be vigilant and watch out for redflag statements like does not come with original box, and if the price is really low it is more than likely a knock off. Also carefully look at the craftmanship and compare it with a pair that you have where the authenticity cannot be questioned.or compare it to an image from a reputable sneaker website e.g. flightclub.com nicekicks.com or pickyourshoes.com. Really bad knockoffs have a deformed appearance, looking really big at the front with a nike swoosh that is really big and does not curve correctly at the top. Be extremely of design house combo e.g. nike louis vutton or gucci they are fake stay away.
If your collection starts to really grow chances are you will end up getting fooled at least once by a fake. Some fakes bu share the same craftmanship qualities with the authentics and it becomes almost impossible to spot. just contact me via ebay and I will try and give my opinion
