When my twins were first born I had a front/back duo stroller. It was hard to manuver and so heavy that I needed help from strangers in parking lots to get it back into my van. When the girls were about 5 months old my father bought me a side-by-side umbrella stroller from JEEP. I don't know what I'd do without it. It has so many great features: canopies, mom's cupholder, small storage bags on the side, the material on the back of the seats rolls up to reaveal mesh for use when it's hot out (this was wonderful on our trip to the zoo), it folds up easily and doesn't take much room. The best part of this stoller is that it will hold my kids until they don't even need a stoller anymore. And they love it. They can both see each other and the world before them.
The only draw back is there is no basket, but my husband and I have useds the crossbars on the bottom to hold jackets, blankets, packages and many other things. I used to hang my diaper bag on the middle handle and it stayed just fine. Now I use a back pack and hang it off two of the handles.
