As some sellers know if you use "pay pal" and the bidder is "unconfirmed" this means that the information provided to them was not confirmed; means simply that if a buyer that is unconfirmed address you are NOT Protected by pay pal.. The best thing you can do as a seller is state in all your auctions to protect yourself is that you will only take pay pal from "confirmed address's" & (unconfirmed) other's please send money order "no exceptions" * most important note with payment of pay pal out of U.S.A. SOME OF the address's can not be confirmed. if someone pays you with unconfirmed address; you have option to simply refund the money and ask that they "confirm the address" or send money order. (but this is your choice) if the bidder is ligit they will have no problem in doing this. and "Always use TRACKING to PROVE shipment when shipping!" shipping to unconfirmed address with pay pal payment is a 50/50 chance you may get burned !
1) IF ITEM VALUE IS $250.00 AND UP ALWAYS USE SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION ALONG WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AS PER PAL PAL SELLER COVERAGE POLICY ! The information is at pay pal I would recomend that All sellers use this information
2) YOU CAN ALSO USE YOUR PERSONAL SETTING IN PAY PAL TO ALLOW YOU TO VIEW UNCONFIRMED WINNER PAYMENT WITH OPTION TO ACCEPT OR DENY THE PAYMENT!
