eBay is trying to become more buyer-friendly. Problem is that many buyers just take advantage of that and leave sellers negative feedback just because they can. Within one month, I received 2 negative feedback comments.
First was from a total psycho (thankfully not registered anymore- guess why?) who sent me like 3 messages a day asking where his disc was. He even started a paypal dispute against me because the disc was like 1 day late. Next day it arrived so he closed it. Then started writing even more rude and pathetic e-mails demanding positive feedback. I kept refusing or ignoring his messages and as a result he just went mad and left me a negative.
The second guy wasn't happy with what he got from me so I refunded him instantly- without even asking him to return it. I kindly asked him to leave me positive feedback. He didn't so I wrote him back after a couple of days, asking him again. Then he wrote that huge e-mail about how rude of me that was, etc. He even said that my customer service is "poor" (i guess the fact I offered him an instant refund doesn't count). I wrote back to say I disagree and I guess that hurt the buyer's ego so he just left me a negative feedback comment.
