PayPal does not ALWAYS favour the Buyer. I had 2 claims and both ruled in the Sellers favour. The Seller knowingly sent a nonworking portable DVD player to me. But since the shipping took over 60 days I was not eleigible for credit. Seller told me to bring it to a repair shp, which I did. The shop said it was not worth fixing. Seller has done this before. I sent every email we had to PayPal. Seller filed for refund on my behalf from USPS...then he was never heard from again! He is no longer a member! Remember the Seller gets the refund then forwards it to you...well that is the way it is supposed to work!
