I totally agree with the other ebay user who posted a "guide" about Ricepaddy.  I too had a bad experience with this particular motorcycle parts seller here on eBay.   I accidently paid twice for the same item i won on auction.  I overpaid $40.  The seller, ricepaddy did not want to refund the overpayment, even after i contacted him/her by email 3 times.  After disputing this with eBay the seller finally paid me something, $30.  It wasn't what he owed me but at least he had 3/4 of a mind to repay me something.  Lowsy seller, do beware of them.  Always check the feedback from a seller before buying from them.   I have found it is a very good indicator as to how you will be treated as a buyer and how smooth the transaction will go.
