Don't you just hate it when this happens... you step off the curb funny and scuff your high heel;  step in a crack in the sidewalk or between slats of wood in certain floors and scrape up or even tear the leather on your high heel.... 

Try this trick, get a piece of scotch tape,  wrap it around the bottom of heel,  to cover damaged area. Use a black "Magic Marker" or "Sharpie" and color over the tape area.  This is just temporary,  but it works in a pinch.
