This is not a guide on batteries. More like a warning or alert on a potential problem. There is brand of battery identified as "Mystery" seen for sale on ebay. The model # is labeled as "2STO3466P4H3R".

My personal recommendation is NOT to buy this particular battery. It appears to be a batch with severe quality control problems or maybe even a knockoff. I have a Lama V4 rc helicopter and managed to get about 20 seconds of hover from a full charge...not good.

But not all of the Mystery batteries are bad. There is another version out there with the model # of 2SYT703048HHH. These are perfectly OK and behave like normal batteries.

Please feel free to do a search on either batteries and when in doubt ask the seller what model # is the battery. Good luck to fellow rc enthusiast and thanks for reading this guide!
