Today I  successfully completed my 21 day Liporexall Experiment. I chose Liporexall because it had 12 Patented Ingredients that were proven to work. I felt Liporexall was the safest product out there- plus the reviews were FANTASTIC!  Liporexall promises that you will Lose 900% more body fat and build 700% more lean muscle. I went to my local gym to get my body fat tested the day I started and I was at a whopping 45.4% YIKES! I was 5'2 weighing in at 160lbs and almost half of that was pure FAT! Hearing that was absolutely devastating!  I started taking Liporexall immediatley following my body fat test. Withing 30 minutes I could feel a surge of energy- but it was a good surge, no jittery feeling whatsoever! I wanted to get the most out of this experience so not only did I take Liporexall every day I also made sure I  drank 64 oz of water each day, I did 45 minutes of light cardio  5 times a week, and I are a 1500 calorie diet. I took a hint from Oprah and kept a food journal-this way I was more concious of what I was eating.

The hardest part of my 21 day Experiment was drinking 64 oz of water.  Liporexall curbed my appetite quite dramatically. I felt full most of the day and I found myself having to force myself to eat. I decided I would weigh myself every Monday- first thing in the morning. Here are my results:

Week 1- I lost 7 pounds in my first week! I weighed in at 152.6. I could see a noticable  difference in my face and neck. There was also no struggle to get my pants buttoned up. So far so good!

Week 2- I went from 152.6 to 148.8. My number wasn't as big as the week before but I could tell that I was building more muscle. My pants went from fitting comfortablly to '"loose". So I was VERY happy about that. The guy at the gym who tested my body fat told me not to stress over the numbers on the scale- inches were more important than pounds!

Week 3- I was more than halfway done with my experiment and then I got sick! BLAH! There was no way I would be able to work out this week I was so bummed. I did my best to eat right and I made sure I drank all my water. I took Liporexall religiously this last week hoping I could lose at least 2 pounds.. By Thursday I was able to get out and walk a little. It was a pretty bad week so I was shocked when I got on the scale and I had lost another 4 pounds!! Holy Cow- 4 pounds!!! I would ghave been happy with 2, so I was extatic to get 4! There is NO WAY I would have lost 4 pounds this week without Liporexall!

So after 21 day I weighed 144.8 pounds! I lost 15.2 pounds in 21 days!! Those are biggest Loser numbers!!! But remember- those are just numbers, the true test will be my percentage of body fat lost. So this morning I went back to the gym and got my body fat tested. I was probably more nervous than the first time!

My results- 37.6% body fat!! I lost 15.2 pounds, 3 inches off my waistline, and 7.8% Body Fat! I wasn't sure what number I was more excited about!! 7.8% may not seem like that big of a deal so let me put this into perspective for you. I went from having 72.7 pounds of fat to only 54.5 pounds of fat- that is almost a 19 pound difference- in only 21 days!!! Absolutley AMAZING!

After 21 days of taking Liporexall I feel comfortable recommending this product to EVERYONE! I cannot wait to see what happens in the next 21 days! If you are considering taking this product DO IT! You will not regret it!!!
