It's a simple configuration, but hard to find guidlines on.  We know because we looked!  To enable pcAnyWhere for use with any server using the IIS firewall, you'll need to drill down as follows:

Advanced Management
  Computer Management
    Services and Applications
      Routing and Remote Access
        IP Routing
          NAT/Basic Firewall

After selecting NAT/Basic Firewall on the left you should see several items on the right including 'Network Internet Connection'.  Click on it once and inspect its properties.  On the window that displays select the
'Services and Ports' tab and then click on the [Add] button.

Continue to add each of the following items to create two (2) new entries on the list:
1.     Description=pcAnyWhereTCP, select protocol =TCP, Incoming port=5631, Private address=(the external address for your  server) and Outgoing port=5631.  Then click [OK]

2.     Description=pcAnyWhereUDP, select protocol =UDP, Incoming port=5632, Private address=(the external address for your  server) and Outgoing port=5632.  Then click [OK]

If you have pcAnyWhere properly installed and configured for external users you should be ready to go!
