my daughter bought a razor phone from oemking.  $138.00 was advertised as an alltel phone.  We received it, it was a verizon.  We sent it back, came back again, we brought it to alltel, they said that someone was messing with this phone, activation code doesn't accept alltel pass code and the prl and software doesn't match alltel services. I have e-mailed and not heard anything back.  I will probably never buy anything from e-bay again.  have not idea where to take this too, everything says that I need to discuss with seller, how do you do that when you cannot contact them.  They are a rip off!
