I purchased a large amount of supplements from the Ebayer nutritionoverstock who sells many supplemental products. Before completing the purchase I emailed him to see if any of the products had expired. He responded that none of the product had expired. When I received the products I had trouble finding the expiration dates because the nutrition overstock took each pack out of the box and sent them in a USPS box as individual packs. This was done to disguise the expiration date. Little did he know the expiration dates are printed on the individual packs as well. They had expired 3 yrs ago. Now he refuses to respond to any of my emails and Paypal will not do anything about it because he sold the items off Ebay but through Paypal. He sent me a Paypal receipt. Little did I know he had actually taken the product off Ebay and sold it by just sending me a paypal receipt. I thought the purchase was through Ebay but now Paypal states that it was not and they refuse to do anything about it. That is the problem with this best offer deal on Ebay. So now I am turning this over to another party to investigate it as a felony Fraud case and I also opened a dispute with my credit card. Seems Paypal and Ebay protect the crooks and not honest consumers. I guess you can make a pretty good living on Ebay if you are crooked. Thanks to others who are more interested in protecting those of us who are honest.
