Like others, I purchased an M14 UTG airsoft rifle. When it came in (speedy delivery) it worked for a fraction of a second before it died, not enough to even let one round out. After trying to contact him several times, he only responded once I threatened to leave negative feedback. I sent the item back (for about $15 cheaper than it cost to recieve) and am still waiting for a response as to what will be done; refund, even exchange, etc. When I call, I'll get an answering machine or a woman who has trouble understanding the point I'm making due to language barrier issues. I opened a dispute thru paypal, but due to these delay tactics, time has since expired and I'm trying to go thru the Better Business Beuro (yeah I know I spelled that wrong!) to try and put a stop to his bad practices. Stay away from Airsoftmall, I went thru them just to save 3 whole dollars and change. It wasn't worth it, I still have no rifle, no money, and it's already cost me more than what was advertised.
