From what I can tell nicnacksack ( Paul Nguyen ) scammed 7 auctions with 186 units, 147 buyers for a sum of $13,276.50

This seller had good feedback of over 300 items, he was a power seller, he was verified by paypal.  His credentials held up.  His past sales involved a lot of avon products.

His auctions included Kitchenaid Mixers, 3 auctions, Sandisk 8 GB Flash Drives, 1 auction,  Motorola Headsets, 2 auctions, 1 auction, Texas Instruments graphic calculators

The Jerk even left the buyers a nasty disgusting message on his answering machine telling how he had ripped off all us Americans to buy a ticket back to Vietnam where we would never find him.  Supposedly one of the buyers he ripped off is a hacker who has hacked this guys telephone message machine and his email.  First time I've ever thanked a hacker.

He guaranteed delivery before xmas. On the Thursday before I got suspicious after never receiving a response to my email to him.  My gut just told me something was wrong. I copied all the info down about him and then boom he changed all his feedback to private.  My heart sank, I've been scammed.  The following day, Friday, he left the nasty message about scamming everyone.  No one would help!  Paypal were the most decent. I escalated my dispute to a claim with them. Less than two hours later the scammer responded to my complaint with a nasty comment.  He is still in the country!  But no one will help catch him.  I have a recording of the original nasty message he left us where he confesses to scamming us.  But no one is interested.  This guy operates out of Georgia, both Sand Springs and Valdosta

It's been an eye opening experience.  Don't depend on Ebay!  They will do nothing!   This guys auctions are still listed, they haven't even shut him down.  Ebay told me it was between the seller and the buyer and didn't include them.  Can you believe that one?  Talk about misrepresentation!  I posted a thread in the Trust forum trying to warn people.  Ebay deleted my thread.  They will only let you send 6 messages a day.  Or in my case they cut me off after one.  Guess they figured out I was emailing the others that had been scammed.
What I don't get is why the people he scammed are not leaving negative feedback.  Out of 147 scammed sales there is under 50 negative feedbacks.
Bottom line, the only thing I think I missed was this guy had been operating less than a year. Everything else checked out. Luckily he only got me for $133.95.
Don't rely on Ebay to protect the buyer.  It is evident there is NO protection at all. So when bidding just remember your dealing with a stranger. Would you trust this person if he just walked up to you on the street?

If you have been scammed by nicnacksack you need to file a dispute and claim with paypal. Also enter your negative feedback now.
