Irregulars.     Their shipping department does not seem to read what is ordered.  I ordered 6 inch Queen.  It was to be made up of 2 inch high density, 2 inch medium density & 2 inch light density Queen.

They sent 3.5 inch FULL (not queen), 2inch very short queen width, & 1 inch almost Queen

I suggest order the next size up & then trim to fit.  The sizing is WAY off

When spoke to them - only when threatened bad rating did they admit their error.

I gave a deserved neutral rating & they retaliated with a poor rating as a customer
