This has been a great phone for me.  I like the Smartphone set up and a windows orientation which is easy to understand if you work with Windows every day.  The only thing I don't like is the fact that I cannot sync directly with my Yahoo calendar.  I have to export to Outlook before I can sync it up.  The speakerphone is a little lame, but otherwise I have had good luck with the phone.  There is also an occasional shut off because the power button is on the left side of the phone and is rather sensitive and easy to hit by mistake.
