I too have experienced the same ubiquitous motorcycle scams. Their "auction" specifies that you contact them OUTSIDE the eBay "Contact-Seller" system; and offers a RIDICULOUS "cash-price"; but NOT in the eBay "Buy-it Now" icon. They also make some lame excuse about their eBay "mailbox", and tell you to e-mail them at an address found in the listing. Twice I have emailed such "seller/scammers", and both times they claim that the bike is VERY far away; once in the Netherlands, and once in England... although the listing says that it is near me. They also WILL not use the paypal system, hoping to get someone to "wire" them the money. Suspecting some sort of fraud,  I offered to meet the seller, with a "cashiers-check" in exchange for the bike and title; since they were supposed to be very near to my home. What I got back was an email which was very similar to the notorious "African-inheritance" e-mails (those e-mails that claim to represent an executor of an estate which names YOU as an heir, in exchange for your bank account info.)... PURE B.S.  One of the "auctions" offered a "Buy-it-now" price of $2900, although this motorcycle is EASILY worth $9,000. When I check the 'auction" again, there were three "Bids" (by mysterious undisclosed "buyers") totaling $14,999.00.... Obviously bid by the listing "con" artist., in an attempt to get me to "wire-transfer" the $2900.00 I have since reported this "seller" to ebay  One "red-flag" that made me "suspect", was the fact that BOTH bikes supposedly had the EXACT same mileage!!! Around 1487 miles. What are the odds of  that? They also attempt to reassure the buyer of the "safety" of the transaction, citing some non-existant  transaction-insurance company. Neither of these "sellers" (probably the same crook), would call me to allow me to inspect the bikes, or see the titles..... claiming that they were in Europe. The one in the Netherlands even offered me "FREE SHIPPING"..... which is absolutely RIDICULOUS (AND WOULD COST THOUSANDS).... BEWARE!! If it seems "to good to be true, it almost always is".
