Beware of "Second Chance Offers."  If you recieve an e-mail (usually in your junk e-mail folder) asking you to contact the seller through their e-mail, DON'T!  Real Second Chance Offers are only sent through e-bay in your Messages folder in your "my e-bay account."  Fakers send fake Second Chance Offers that look like they're from e-bay but they aren't.  The faker has shrewdly made e-bay looking e-mail pages.
