Hello just to let you all know that are interested in buying a mini excavator. There are a lot of whats called grey market machines on ebay. What they are is machines that were built to be sold overseas when new. They were sold there used then imported to the us for resale. Alot of these machines  you cant even get a parts break down for them and if you call to get parts most of the time they cant even lookup  or find the machine model numbers. One of the machines i think are grey market are yanmar b 50  a kubotua kh-o75 and a lot of the machines having a u in the model number. Also alot of these machines dont have the same safety features such as rops or lock outs for the controls. If osha pulls up or some one gets hurt without the required us safety features you can be in a lot of trouble. Get the model numbers and call or got to the makers website and see if you find it there in there listed models, if you dont call there head quarters and get answers as these machines are hard to get parts for and not as safe as us models. go to this site yanmar.com/news/article they warn you on there site of this.
