I got rid of my Mercedes after 10 months. I bought it new and the first problem was the airmatic system failed. This is the E class with the appearance package. The lights inside the speedometer come on red and say" stop the car now ! do not drive" What a wonderful feeling with a new car. Next the wipers were noisy when I picked up the car, replaced the blades 5 times and the arms twice. Never was fixed. Squeak in the brake pedal, door sills are felt and dirty all the time. The high performance tires, Michelin were wearing at 9000 miles. I got rid of it and bought a Lexus LS430, a fine auto. I asked the dealer where mine was, he said, "sold to a NY dealer and he had it on a ship to Nigeria a week later. At least no Ebay users will get that one.
