Just read the only other posting and wish I had read it before buying the LG8100 this past September. I must admit to being an uninformed buyer and did rely on the salesperson as I needed a Blue Tooth phone for my new car. In the past 3 months I have had numerous "drop" calls, numerous "echo calls", several wrong number connections and basically I've not been satisfied with the phone. Calling and writing to Verizon resulted in only frustration on my part with promises that weren't kept, different policy statements quoted and generally "no customer satisfaction" was received. Researching I found that other customers have the same problem with the LG's........ Had I known, the E815 would have been a better purchase and it looks like my only option is to buy one and try to sell the LG on Ebay.....
