Just to let you know I have been trying to get a replacement pen from Leapfrog since July 2008. I have called customer service several times and email them several times and I am being told that they are on "backorder" and that it will be 2-3 months before I can receive one. It has now been 5 months and they are still on "backorder" and will be available in 2-3 months. Sounds a little funny to me!!
