To keep the dishwasher free of soap buildup  once a month run a cup of vinegar through the cycle.

Garbage disposal trick: Make vinegar ice cubes . Then grind the cubes in the disposal , this will keep the disposal fresh and sharpens the blades.

Note : Vinegar is also a safe way to clean your stainless steel sink and faucets. Dampen a clan cloth with vinegar and wipe over the steel. Then dry with a dry cloth.
