to measure a  baseball glove you take a cloth measuring tape or piece of leather lacing or anything that won't stretch,,,make sure you "keep the tape or lacing touching the leather surface "of the interior side of the glove at all times,,,measure from the middle of the bottom edge of the heel,,where your hand goes into the glove,, to the tip of the index or middle finger,, whichever is longest,,this is the is the size of your glove 10",11",12" etc.,this glove measured at 12.1/2",,which is the size stamped on this glove ",,,usually a measurement 10 1/2" or below is considered a child/youth sized glove,,,,,,,,,,11" and above is condsidered a teen/adult sized glove,,,,one last thing if a glove has "genuine leather written on  it,,it is ,,,if it has  "handcrafted or manufactured leather,written on it its probably granulated/ vinyl,,it will also have shiny strange  gleamy look and feel to it,,,this guide should help when you list or buy a baseball glove on ebay,,,,"zman5775",,  p.s. check out my guide on "how 2 measure a catchers mitt",, and vote below if any of this info guide was helpful to you,,thanks !!***** (i'm glad to see many of you sellers using this method to measure your gloves in your ebay listings,Thank you for doing so,,"zman5775")
