I just thought I would share an idea I started and it has worked.  I have gotten many repeat customers by always replying to the feedback they receive.  Like if the purchased antique marbles and their feedback says: excellent seller highly recommend, I reply to feedback by saying: thank you for shopping with us and I am glad you like your antique marbles.

By giving the thank you and the item they purchased when ppl look at your feedback not only will they see you really do appreciate your customers, but what you sold them...  HA good idea huh?!?

Also another way to get customers back is to offer a personal hand written thank you not on just a small piece of ppr and then attach a piece of candy to it.  Smarties, sweet tarts, ect.  I use those little mini candy canes dipped in chocolate.  They are individually packaged, and are different, shows class I think.

I have received many feedbacks on the thank you note and gift.
