I had purchased a dell laptop keyboard for $15.00 (most of it was shipping).  They took forever to get the item to me as well as every time I would email them I would get a automated message back.  A week and a half later I received the keyboard, the keyboard in all 4 corners were bent, and 4 buttons didnt work.  I emailed them back and they said they were sending me out a RA for the keyboard.

1 week passed never got it, so I went to paypal and filed a claim.  They insulted me calling names I cannot explain on ebay.  not to mention their feedback is well below significant.  NEVER BUY FROM THEM
