As an experienced tractor buyer restorer I have come up with what may be a good idea that may help tractor buyers sort out or at least send up a red flag on making a decision if a tractor listed on ebay is worth buying. First ask questions, many sellers do not know everything that determines the true value of a listed tractor while others may intentionally omit certain information. with this said here are some things a potential buyer may do to get a clearer picture of the equipment they are interested in. ask seller a question.Example; I am unable to make out in the pictures the condition of the tires, are they dryrotted or damaged could you answer me this in the Q&A section of your auction. If the seller answers it there the answer will usually be true ,then if it's not true and you buy the tractor you would have a much stronger case for it to be considered an "item significantly not as described"  Rear tire condition can effect the outcome of an auction price up to several hundred dollars not to mention leaking hydraulics, excessive engine smoke or a rod knock. If the seller does not answer your question or answers it to you only and does not include the question and answer in his auction then you may have a RED FLAG especially if the seller has answered questions from potential buyers that would not effect the final price. I believe that Ebay should automatically include all questions asked about an items condition in the Q&A section of the auction this would be very beneficial to you the buyer due to the fact if the seller does not answer the question "TAKES THE FIFTH"  there is another RED FLAG for everyone to see. Just my opinion but if you agree with me rate this review, times are tough nobody needs to be taken advantage of. Thank you HT Salisbury
