I reviewed all diet products available before purchasing the fenphedra. Based on other recommendations, I thought that this product would be an excellent choice. However, it was a poor choice. It doesnt curb your appetite nor does it give you the energy to exercise and "jump-start" your weight loss program. I am tired and my craving for sugar has increased. If you attempt to increase the recommended daily dosage, you will experience headaches. My advice is to try another product.
