as any ebayer wheter old or new should all know about feedback. but you may not know about how to leave good feedback. i learned this the hard way when i used a sellers name in the feedback and they reported me to ebay. the way to avoid this is not to use the seller`s real name wheter they tell you their real name or not. also do not use your real name or anyone` s  name reguardless who it is. also do not use anyone`s contact information. you can use your user id and the seller or buyer`s user id or you can also use a sellers store name. this is very important part of using feedback. don`t do what i did because it will be put on your ebay record. hope this helps,
