There are a few unhonest sellers out there. Pokemon diamond for gameboy? Bootlegged. Pokemon jade? Not real. Quartz? Nope. Chaos black? Keep dreaming. The seller might say that it wasnt realesed in america. ALL LIES! The only exception is the pokemon green version import. If the game wasnt licensed by nintendo it is FAKE! if it is not red, green import, blue, gold, crystal, yellow, emerald, saphire, ruby, silver, pearl, diamond [for nintendo ds] versions are real. only make an exception if a new pokemon game came out by nintendo. I hope you make wise descisions out there.                                  one more note: if you do buy one for the heck of it be warned: the graphics are crap, bad translations and some times foul language.

 i hope this helps
