I had an incident from them where i bought a game and never recived, tried contacting 2 times never heard from them. gave neg feedback and they slapped one on me!!!they did return my money. i ordered a 2nd  game, they sent it, it was chipped , dusty and scratched and didn't work. i sent it back. and waited and waited. after a few weeks i wrote and they said takes 1-2 weeks, i waited 3 weeks and wrote, no replies from them, wrote again, no replies from them so i game neg feedback. then THEY slap neg feedback on me and on the exact same day i get 2 emails from them. 1 said as of AUG 13th we have noot recieved the game and will ship as soon as we recieve. the 2nd email said: the game was  shipped  and i should of recieved it by now. WELL WHICH IS IT!!!!!!! I know they recieved it because i sent it certified mail and they recieved it on july 11th!!!!!!! so if working with them, BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! 1 MORE TIP: IF SENDING BACK, SEND CERTIFIED!!! I was also send a message from someone who use to work there and even told me they were scammers. check out the number of people and see how many were mutual withdrawal, and how many neg. that should speak for themself. oh yes by the way, after i posted this guide and vented these people to a ripoof site, i went from first getting a chipped up white smudged game with dust in a little white envelope sleeve, to a brand new completely wrapped game. interesting huh???
