I had the misfortune to order a PS2 game controllers from this seller. Unfortunately, the controller failed to work consistently, I could only get it to work for a few seconds at most.
I contacted egameuniverse and was happy to receive a replacement controller. Trouble being, of course, that this controller also failed. This one wouldn't start up at all, not even for a few seconds.
Not being a person to easily give up in troublesome circumstances, I contacted the seller once more, described the problem again, and requested another replacement controller. The seller was quite pleasant, and agreed to send me yet another controller. Guess what - no luck with this, the third controller. It would only start up intermittently, and then function for a few seconds at most.
At this point, I attempted to get a refund. No luck. Refunds aren't given under any circumstances.
I gave the seller "negative" feedback, and for my trouble, received my one and only negative feedback ever in response. His compaint against me was that I hadn't contacted him about the problem, which wasn't true.
