Seller will ask you not to bid and must contact him for pre-approval.  He said if you do not contact him first he will cancel your bid.  What he is doing is try to get you to contact him by emailk, will ask you for your personal information and later will send you a FAKE mail from ebay asking you to send him the money.   He will never let you inspect the item.  Everything about him on ebay is all fake, including item location.  There is a Macgregor offering by this guy.  I have already reported him to FBI.  This guy has been around, let's catch him and send him to where he belongs for good.
