I'd like to add it took nearly 4 months of communication or lack of to get anything done with these people. I was being responded to by at least 4-5 different people. First the item sent was wrong then they kept saying they sent a return slip but nothing ever came. FINALLY they say that I just send the item back and I'll be compensated. Nothing of the sort was done. I was put on hold then finally they say they'd call me back in 30mins. NOTHING of the sort was done. They advertise the best customer Service but this has been the WORST customer service I've ever had to deal with on eBay or anywhere else. It's unacceptable to have to resolve an issue over a $20!!! item in a duration of FOUR months!!. Finally I ask for the compensation of my mere $4 in shipping for shipping the item back and they would give me the run around in returning my FOUR DOLLARS. STAY AWAY from K2Motor The WORST SERVICE on the Internet. I've been around eBay since its start this has been the WORST experience EVER on eBay thanks to K2Motor and their customer service that they advertise as being the best but is actually the worst. If you don't believe me just google and search k2motor's history even as a company outside of ebay.

The items they send you are a POOR imitation of the item in the picture on their auctions. Despite saying "Exactly as in the picture!" on each page, the product I received was a deceptive, plastic, brittle imitation of what I saw on the website. The pictures they display have absolutely no bearing on the product you will receive - I can guarantee you that.
They slowly (if at all) responded to emails or phone calls, and I was forced to pay for shipping charges both ways for a product I did not order. Thank God for credit card chargebacks.
