Replaced the valve body and still have a harsh shifting transmission in your S series Saturn car?  after replacing Your valve body unless You have proper calibrating PC (Saturn Dealer) drive Your S car for 15 miles doing smooth take off ,letting tranny find the shift points. leave in low gear a bit. Drive it so all shift points are constantly reached, don't cruise at one speed.... speed up, slow down . let the car find it's shift points.  also check Your battery and charging system. the saturn trans in those years needs specific voltage...not like the old days  Our eBay store -  Saturn auto parts and more
