Where do your automobiles come from?
Each week, we attend exclusive dealer-only events to fulfill wholesale orders. Of all the models we acquire, a select number of program vehicle are made available for sale to the public from our facility in Phoenix, Arizona.

What is a program vehicle?
A program vehicle is an off-lease or fleet rental with less than 29,000 miles and costs a lot less than new. Generally, the corporate owners of program cars exceed the maintenance guidelines of the manufacturer making them superior to other used automobiles.  Examples of corporate owners are Mercedes Financial, Toyota, and Enterprise.

Do your vehicles have clean history reports?
Yes. Every automobile is CarFaxTM and AutoCheckTM certified. In fact, before an acquisition is made, every automobile undergoes a comprehensive inspection and thorough road test.

Are your vehicles under warranty?
Unless otherwise stated, our vehicles are covered by the remaining manufacturer's warranty. You should always have some type of service coverage on your automobile if it qualifies. Consider it as health insurance for your vehicle.

What additional fees can I expect to pay?
A $395 Doc fee is charged to each sale. AZ residents pay 8.1% sales tax, $68.50 title and TBD registration fee. Non-Arizona residents pay $395 Doc fee and $68.50 Title/TRP fee only.

Can the vehicle be inspected and test-driven?
Yes. Visit us during regular business hours and spend unhurried time with the vehicle of your choice. Outside of regular operating hours, we are available by appointment.  To schedule a visit, use the Contact Us link to send an appointment request online.

Will the vehicle pass California smog testing?
Yes. All of our vehicles are in compliance with California smog testing standards.  The California emissions information is pronounced on the label under the hood for your examination.

Is it expensive to ship an automobile?
We provide wholesale shipping quotes to our clients on a regular basis. Our quotes include insurance and offer piece of mind since our transport providers have been prescreened. For clients receiving shipment in the contiguous United States, please allow up to 10 days for delivery from the date the vehicle leaves our facility.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. With the availability to ship to over 21 countries, our wholesale pricing and rapid placement allows your automobile to reach its destination in a timely manner.  If you reside in Canada or Mexico, we can ship to the closest border city in the United States, across the border to a bonded warehouse, or even to your driveway.  Please contact us for more information.

Can I get a better deal if I pay in cash?
Our low pricing is already a better deal when making the comparison to other companies offering a similar product. Regardless of the method of payment, we cannot offer a lower price than what's advertised. We pledge that our pricing is fair and honest.

I am interested in a vehicle that's not in inventory. Can you acquire one for me?

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept certified checks, bank loan checks, personal and credit card checks with a 7 business day hold, wire transfers and credit cards. Credit cards are limited to a $500 maximum.
