BEWARE of Whiteyswheels on E-bay. Once you receive your order there will be no customer service, help or replacement wheels for the damaged ones you will receive. Tim talks the talk but is a pain in the Butt to deal with if you have a problem. You will NOT get your refund even after you follow all his rules and have pre paid again for a new replacement wheel. Mine was shipped with 20 loose lug nuts left in the box with my expensive Boyd wheel YES Loose!. The rim looked like it was shot at by a shotgun from the lug nuts jumping around in the box. This is not the fault of any shipping company but the people who packed the wheels (whiteyswheels). When a company is that (stupid is the only word that sums it up) and this is all they do for a living, something is very wrong. Also one of my other rims was in a destroyed box that looked like it was left in the rain for months and was barely held together with packing tape. The scratches were on the back side, so I let that slide. This is not acceptable or any rim let alone expensive Boyds. 4 months of begging and pleading to receive my refund and still nothing, I'm now going throught the long process of dealing with Visa and Paypal to try to get my money back. Tim has NO customer service skills and will not lift a finger to help you (he sounds like he will when you send him more money, then leaved you out to dry) My reccommondation is to deal with ANYONE other than this guy. If you get your rims in good shape GREAT! if not, sucks to be you!
