They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, but not when someone takes your words and copies them from your hard written work and uses it on their web site as their own. That's called plagiarism and is far from flattering. It simply shows when someone hasn't the brain power to be able to put their own article together, and needs to use someone elses to try and bolster their inadequacy.

The owner of the website policecarsunlimited.com has failed to respond to my request to remove my article on used police cars from their site, which they posted:

• Without asking
• Without my permission
• And making it sound as if they themselves wrote the piece

You know who has long written many articles on these vehicles, and if this seller, (not on eBay we hope) needs to resort to this to promote his business, he's a sorry individual at best. I have asked my attorney to investigate whether copyright laws might pertain to this issue, and have forwarded a copy to the New York State Attorney General for his review.
