I just received this scam letter:  What a joke.

The bike is located in Finland, and it will be shipped to your requested
address. Shipping and handling are included in the sale price.$3800.00
Delivery Estimated Time: 3-4 working days.

You will benefit of 15 days, inspection time period and the option to accept
or reject the bike.
You will have along with the papers that you need for
the registration a bill on your name with the price and short description to
confirm that you have already bought the bike. The bike is still registered
