Ready to build a racecar and you need a chasis only. Bascially a car when its imported is striped down and can not have any EPA or DOT parts on it. However some have been very decitetful in brining in complete cars thinking they are not going to be cought, It's really important to follow the strict rules of condutct and business with import and export. Also dont expect to put the car back together to circumvent the NHTSB, Customs,EPA & DOT rules for road use on a public road. Once its built as a race car, it can not be sold as a complete road legal vehicile. Some states will not even allow you to title it for race use only.  

Its really important that the frame be completely stripped.
