Hello Ebayers

I am going to do a guide on how to know if your being scamed this is the Canada Verson as i made a few versons of this guide , Well there are some rules to follow for new ebayers and seasoned ebayers also , There to help you look out for scams on ebay , There is about three to five things to look for when buying off a seller on ebay

1 . If your scamed contact IC3 online and file a claim IC3.com they will help . They helped when i got scamed for a PS3 for $470.00 on Ebay.

Check the feedback of the seller , Look for neg feedbacks check the feedback stars how fast the seller ships how the shipping charge was Ect .

2. Never buy from a seller that is selling one item in a country and lives in some other country and says they will ship the item from some other country , Like lets say a seller list's a item on the United States ebay , There from Hong Kong China , The shipping says the items in India right away click off this is a scam .

3. Watch out for low star sellers like no star new ebayers or Yellow star ebayers selling high priced items over 500.00 USD not all but some will scam and never send item .

4. Watch out for sellers from like China shipping items to the US or Canada they charge a huge chunk for shipping while the buy it now price is very cheap this is to lure you in watch out this can sometimes be a scam also.

5. A good rule is if the seller has less then a 90% good feedback score don't deal with them and watch out . 

Also use paypal for all international deals and sales this way you can most of the time get your money back if a scamming seller tries to rip you off and never send item and make sure even if you get you money back leave neg feedback to let other buyers know this is a scammer . If you get a neg feedback back just reply and let people know what is going on .
