Hi, I'm Rick and I've been dabbling into HHO for some time now. I'm a retired Air Force guy, I've been buying different technologies to try and duplicate the MPG gains. I am no expert, my credentials are I was a mechanic for many years before I became disabled. I am writing this guide to let everyone know the world of HHO is not for the weak, may take months to achieve your goals, but if you learn and keep at it, you'll figure out the key and you'll more then likely get moderate gains, along the line of 4 to 9 MPG more. Some people may find that double secret electrolyte solution that produces 10 times the hydrogen. Anything is possible.

However this individual should be left alone, Darol Mason aka klondikedarol, of D&N Engineering.
This company, Darol is not to be trusted in any way, shape or form. He makes wild accusations and when asked to back them up he calls you names and tells you, you don't know nothing. I enquired about his wet cell technology, making wild claims. Here's what I asked and what he returned:

Please, take the time to prove your system, show me it works in the real world, and not just inside your head. Prove your claims of:

- The Most Efficient Hydrogen Generator on The Market

Using the industry standard LPM please show me how yours makes more and uses less electricity.

- produces the Highest output per Ampere of any generator ever devised.

Please show me how you plan on proving this one.

Truth's you say:

-If it Takes More Energy to Produce The HHO,Than The Energy Gained From The HHO
You Are Gaining ABSOLUTELY  NOTHING

-Mighty Mite 4 Specs.
15% KOH Mixture with PWM @ 80% Duty Cycle @ 1800 RPM. HHO Gas Temp. @85F
13.8 volts
12.5 amps
60 secs

Up to this point you show a simple wet cell technology, .333 LPM is what you basically just said, till you come to your 17.391 MMW (Note, this is not a standard way of measuring gas. LPM is the standard, lets stick with the standard please) MMW is a figment of your imagination, it only exists in your mind, no one outside of you uses this so called way to measure hydrogen gas. Then you try to pass a possible real figure, 3000 ml. DLPM translates to 3 LPM hydrogen, and I'd like to see your wet cell, any wet cell make this amount with only 12.5 amps of power, please prove this! Simply writing it doesn't make it fact.

You then say we include a FREE PWM! Why would you offer a free item that costs money to make? Many sell for 20-100 bucks on Ebay, and it has been proved that the PWM does absolutely nothing for HHO. Simply a frequency adjustment that vibrates, might work well with sex toys, or when you need to vibrate something, but it serves no purpose to produce hydrogen. It also does not cut the heat down or give a better performance in hydrogen burning. The PWM is a gimmick period.

- Our Typical Customer's results Show Up to 42% on V8s and up to 51% on V6s. Improvement in Gas Mileage.

Now you make claim showing percentages, how did you use derive these figures? What proof do you have to lay claim to these percentages? What did you use, how did you use it? These percentages, are compared to what? 42% of what? 51% of what, gas mileage? Using what? Simply making up lies to make your product look to be the real deal is what you've done Darol. You've not backed up one claim, one thing at all.

- Now we finally get something you can prove and is not a lie!
It is designed to fit comfortably in almost any vehicle, under hood installation. This unit is built in the design of an inverted "T"  and is only 10.6 inches horizontal and 12.2 inches vertical  and 3.2 inches  in diameter.

This is true, I didn't check the measurements, I don't have one in front of me. I'll give you the benefit of doubt and say this is real, true. :) Fair is fair.

- Hydrogen output is more than sufficient for all V6,and V8 engines

How is this true? Compared to what? How many amps, volts, how much real hydrogen is made? What is your electrolyte solution? How are you going to evenly spread the gas to both sides of the engine? How do you control the amount of gas?

- This unit is specifically designed to run with an electronic EFIE oxygen sensor device.

Really? What do you consider to be EFIE? Why don't you supply an intricate part of saving fuel with your over priced product? EFIE are cheap enough, $50 for the real ones that work automatically. Why don't you supply the part that actually does save fuel? It boggles my mind to the point I have to ask, since there is no way to deliver the hydrogen to achieve goals like with gasoline, or natural gas delivery systems. The EFIE can tell the computer to send more fuel or back off, lean the fuel, let more air in, and that is where the hydrogen comes in, with the air flow, so we can get a real savings of maybe 10 to 20% or 2 to 10 MPG (depending on the vehicle) replacing the gas with hydrogen. Giving us a real fuel savings.

So why not provide the tool we all need the most? Should be simple enough, ask during purchase what kind of vehicle it will be installed in and then make the EFIE that works with that vehicle. No, I think you had no idea of what an EFIE is till someone figured out you could adjust the fuel with one. Lean out or rich the mixture. The automatic ones do all the work for you. Baffles me, $40 in parts, but $200 for the wet cell. Adding a automatic $50 EFIE that works would make your system more credible, but wait, you just want money, I get it now! Duh, keep the customer guessing, tell them they can save this or that, just don't send the item they need the most to achieve a fuel savings. That translates to scam artist in my book.

- Pictured below is Mighty Mite 4 installed on a 1993 Ford Aerostar  full time 4 Wheel Drive Without Mighty Mite3 10.2 Mpg   With Mighty Mite3 22.4 Mpg This is my own vehicle and is tweaked to the max.including vapor injection.  It is not typical

Wow, do you know what the MPG was for this vehicle when new? 18-20 MPG sound about right? Edmunds gave me those figures, and you now get 22.4 MPG, wow that is between 2.4 and 4.4 MPG increase! Where's the 120% increase? No, you expect us to take your words as truth, when truth is what your ad lacks. You got a whole 4 MPG increase, WOW! That should justify me spending $150 more on your wet cell over the wet cell I got for $50 that gives probably more hydrogen then your inverted T, with bubbler included, oh wait, you simply decrease the amount of electrolyte and poof, you got a bubbler! Yer smart! Yes sirry! Here's the google search I did on your minvan

http://www.google.com/#hl=en&q=1993+ford+aerostar+MPG&aq=f&oq=&aqi=&fp=azWfBBCvguA

I ended my enquire with: PS...I'm still open to you proving your words. Just please don't try to blow anymore smoke up my butt. I'm not attacking you personally, I gave you the opportunity to prove yourself and you chose to throw insults and double talk. 72 you say?

His reply to me was:  I guess that means I could blow smoke anywhere because you  are all ass.

Not one bit of proof on anything, just insults. This guy is pure scam artist. Take your money and run. Be very weary of buying anything from this crook. There are plenty of good quality units on Ebay, take your $200 and enjoy it with your family. A wet cell can be bought on here for $50 or less, and no wet cell produces more then .333 LPM hydrogen unless they are using KOH mixed with something else to increase the amps to produce more hydrogen. Mind you, more amps, the quicker your alternator burns out. Heat buildup, melt down. I'm moving my wet cells to lawn mowers and generators, some claim to make more with less, but to me, the wet cell is Jr to the dry cell. Until hydrogen on demand with a delivery system is available, the dry cell is the best chance at producing enough hydrogen to power your vehicle.

His wet cell uses a platinum anode and 316 stainless mesh around it. He claims 12.5 amps produces 3 LPM. Any person working with this technology will tell you wet cells need amps to produce hydrogen, amps = heat, which equals melt down. This guy is not dealing with a full deck. I buy my dry cells from thegasmaker out of TN. He makes a quality, affordable dry cell that produces a good 1-2 LPM at 12-13 amps. He will not blow smoke up your butt. He'll speak the truth and work with you to fix any problems. Unless you can mix up a electrolyte that makes hydrogen like mad, this is the best it'll get. The major positives are clean burn, cleaning your engine, and quieting down your engine,  a much better burn, more efficient, giving you more power. The 2-10 MPG is a nice by product. But you'll need a EFIE to lean out the gasoline mixture and replace the leaned out gasoline mix with hydrogen. This is real, and it works, but the MPG gains are not great at this time. We're working on it.

There are plenty of good reliable people working with HHO and getting realistic results. People making wild claims of "most efficient", "produces the most hydrogen", any attempt to change industry standards shows a scam artist at hand. LPM is the standard. Any quality manufacture of this technology will tell you the truth, and will not make wild claims. Methane, propane, magnesium, potash are all being worked with to see if these will work with the standard KOH to produce an electrolyte that produces more hydrogen.

I wish you the best, please share any gains you make with the rest of us, we'll help you if we can. Wouldn't it be nice to stop using OIL all together? Clean Hydrogen needs to be given a chance. Also please be safe, take no chances, Hydrogen is highly explosive, respect it. Losing your life over this technology is not worth it.
