A good lesson to be learned, before you bid on a item carefully Check out the sellers feedback. I bid on and won a item off of BAMABIKES. I sent him a postal money order as stated in his listing. ( seller did not exept PAYPAL, another red flag!!! ) . The payment was sent on 4-14-06 . I to this day have not recieved my item... I filed a report to ebay agianst the seller BAMABIKES for   '' paid for and not recieved item '' But to my ignorance figuring that I had the USPS MONEY ORDER RECIEPT as proof ( also checked with the post office and they confirmed the money order was cashed on 4-28-06 ) So when EBAY'S buyer protection SAFE HARBOR sent me conformation of my action agianst the seller BAMABIKES,They gave me just 14 days to sent them proof of purchase, requiring a copy of both sides of the cashed money order. The U.S POST OFFICE states that at a cost of $3. 10 you may file a form requesting a copy. needing up to 60 days to recieve your copy of the cashed money order. So as you can see If you paid by money order, wait until you have filed the form for a copy of your money order. Then wait till the last day you are eligible to file a claim agianst a scam seller such as BAMABIKES. (which after a little research found out was suspended by ebay under a different name GUZZIDOUG in the past for ripping people off ). But the number 1 lesson learned is to read feedback by other buyers. use your judgement if it's a low % feedback, and a majority of buyer complain about the same thing such as not recieving item after paying. then do not bid . no matter how bad you want the part.
